Problems Downloading

Before you contact us for help please read this page carefully.

1. Download problems can occur at many levels. Here are some that occasionally occur from time to time.
   
   If you are not familiar with downloading and saving files, please find someone that is, as we do not have the time to teach people.
   
   There are many different browsers and computer set ups. Please ensure you understand how your computer saves and stores files.
   
   Please ensure you know the location of where you are saving the download file to in your Hard Drive (HD). 
   
   You may have given PayPal a different eMail to the one you are checking.
   
   Please check the eMail you have given PayPal. Make sure that your PayPal details are up-to date.
   
   Do NOT ask us to send the download link to a different eMail than the one you have given PayPal as this is prohibited under the PayPal guidelines.
   
   
2. eMail (POP3 and/or SMTP) servers yours and/or ours may have lag problems in sending and/or receiving eMails.
   
   If you have not received the link check your Spam Folder, if you cannot find an eMail with the Download Link please contact us.
   
   
3. Connection between Client (YOU) and Server (US) speeds may be slow or have no connection at all
   
   In this unlikely event please be patient and try again at a later time.
   
   Our Servers are high speed, however attempting to download with a Dial-Up connection may cause problems.
   
   It is recommended that you use a Broadband-Connection to download files, as it may take 5+ hours on a Dial-Up Connection
   
   
4. Hard Drive (HD) or storage space may not be enough for the download. 
   
   Make sure that you have at least 100 MB of free space before you start downloading. Storage space can be a problem with mobile devices (Smart Phones)
   
   
5. The download link may have expired after 24 hours.
   
   Our system sends the download link to the eMail you have given PayPal immediately after your payment has cleared.
   
   Some customers do not check their eMail till days later, this can cause problems as our download links expire after 24 Hours.
   
   We will only generate 1 manual download link if you miss the  24 hour window, every other manually generated link will incur a $5.00US FEE.
   
   We will however send you the download file free of charge on a plain CD upon your request.
